Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot unfortunately offer any refund or exchange.

To be able to be returned, your article must be unused and in the state you received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Articles whose return is not authorized:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to tell you that we have received the returned article. We will also tell you if your refund or exchange is approved or refused.
If it is approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or initial payment card is automatically credited within a few days, and if it is an exchange, the new product will be shipped the following days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first review your bank account.
Then contact the company issuing your credit card, because the official display of your refund may take some time.
Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing period.

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchange product may vary.

If you send an item worth 75 €, we recommend that you use a shipping monitoring service or have your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned article.
